We take great care in packing and shipping each plant so it arrives safely and in good condition. Because plants are living organisms, all sales are final.

If your plant arrives with any serious issues (such as being dead on arrival), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can help make things right.

Please note that minor cosmetic changes can happen during transit and are completely normal. This may include a yellow leaf, a detached leaf or root, or an older leaf that has died back. These are not signs of poor health—your plant will continue to grow and produce new, healthy growth with proper care.

For Pinguicula, it’s also normal to see some brown roots. These are often older roots and do not affect the plant’s health, as the plant will naturally grow fresh new roots over time.

We are not responsible for plants that are left unattended after delivery (such as in a mailbox or outdoors during extreme heat or cold), or for issues that arise from improper care after arrival.

Thank you so much for your support—we truly appreciate it. Wishing you a happy and successful growing journey 🌱💚
