Refund policy

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hrs of delivery. Please include a description of the issue and pictures of the plant/plants to speed the process. Issues reported outside the 24 hrs window period are not covered. By purchasing an item from our store you are agreeing to this policy.

Shipping

When do you ship?

We ship on Mondays and Wednesdays. However, if we are really busy, then we ship everyday. Contact us if you want your order shipped on a specific date.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. However, sometimes the mail can be unpredictable, always check your tracking number.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use UPS and USPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Plants

Do you have live plant guarantee?

Yes, all plants are guarantee to arrive alive (a yellow/brown leave/root is not a major concern and does NOT mean the plant is dead) . During winter, all plants must have a heat pack for the live guarantee to be valid. If you have an issue with your plan, please contact us within 24 hrs after delivery. Keep in mind that we do not cover plants that are not reported during the 24hr after delivery time frame.

Can I use regular soil for carnivorous plants?

No, carnivorous plants use a soil mix with low nutrients, using regular soil will kill your plants.
