Description

Pinguicula zamudioana x zecheri 'Faulisi' is a beautiful hybrid created in our nursery (Rainbow Carnivorous Plants) that can turn golden/reddish under intense full-spectrum lights. These Pings have the tendency to go into a small succulent ping during winter like the mother plant (zamudioana) and have the coloration of the parent plant (zecheri 'Faulisi'). However, the true beauty of these pings is the bright huge pink flower that they produce. Its flowers are even bigger than those of P. zecheri 'Faulisi'. We have observed the same flower for all the plants. However, keep in mind that these pings are seed-grown and that some variation in the rosette/color/flower may occur.

The third picture has the flower of P. zamudioana x zecheri 'Faulisi' on the left and zecheri 'Faulisi' on the right for comparison.

You'll get a similar plant to the ones in the pictures. Please note that some plants are greener than others but will turn pinkish/reddish under intense light. You'll get a plant similar to the one in picture.

The plants are shipped bare root in a plastic container to protect the plants. We ship the plants on Monday and Wednesday to avoid the weekend cut off.

Plants are about 1-2" in diameter (Please read)

The plant has been growing under LED lights with a temperature of 75~80° during the day and 55~70° at night.

It is strongly recommended to get a heating pack during the winter to protect your plant from low temperatures, we are not responsible for dead plants that did not have a heating pack during transit. 1 heating pack per order is enough.
