Description
Pinguicula gigantea is a perennial homophyllous species, its native range is within Mexico. P. gigantea's flower is usually a purple color with the occasional light blue. The epithet gigantea is deived from the Latin giganteaus (giant).
Carnivorous Plant Butterwort- The plants on the pictures are representative, you will get a similar plant (plants are about 1" in diameter).
The plant has been growing under LED lights with a temperature of 75~80° during the day and 55~70° at night.
The pinguicula will be shipped bare root in a plastic container to protect the plant, if you need soil please select the Bare-root + soil option . We shipping plants Monday and Wednesday to avoid the weekend cut off.
