Description
Drosera menziesii is a winter growing sundew from southwestern Australia. This sundew can grow anywhere from 10-15" tall. Its leaves are produced in sets of three, with the middle leaf longer. The plant itself is usually bright red or maroon and the flowers are typically pink, but some red and orange flowers also exist, although not so common (our plant hasn't flowered yet, but we'll update the flower color once available). Drosera menziesii is part of a complex of four closely related species with the other members being D. thysanosepala, drummondii and basifolia. Drosera menziesii is an erect growing species thatΒ produces tubers.
