Drosera acaulis {Matroosberg, South Africa}  is a dwarf sundew form South Africa. The species is named for its extremely short flower stem. Drosera acaulis produces flowers as large as its rosette. After flowering the plant pulls back to a rootstock and wait until next year to emerge.
